Rick’s Auto Body has been one of the largest collision repair facilities in Western Massachusetts for over 40 years. On average we repair 3,000 vehicles a year, and each one goes through our state of the art facility with the same care and attention to detail. We have grown our great reputation on word of mouth and the mentality that every job is important to us. Customer service is our main focus. We always want our customers to leave happy and use us again if an unfortunate circumstance should arise. Often insurance companies total vehicles because they fear the repairs will exceed the value of the vehicle. We know that we have the ability and knowledge to make the vehicle whole again. Therefore, we repair the vehicle and go through all the necessary inspections required by the Department of Motor Vehicles to make the vehicle legal for registration.
